Am I the only one who finds Joaquin Phoenix’s name inherently funny? My uncertainty on this matter has delayed this strip’s publication until now. If you do find Joaquin’s name funny enough to provide the sole punch line in a comic, then this strip is for you.

by the way, if you copy an image’s location (say for example, one of your strips), and then repost the image elsewhere, is that called hotlinking? And is that a bad thing, because I’ve heard a bit about it on the interwebs lately.
Until recently, my Mum would mis-prounounce/mis-remembere the actors name. She used to think it was ‘Wan-Kin’ Phoenix, which sounds a bit rude.
In my house, we still pronounce it “Leaf”.

No, it’s not funny, but it’s ok to push things sometimes. The rest of the comics are funny enough to make up for a glitch like this.

Oh, because phoenix is a bird! Heh, why….why I think I like that. I think like that very much. Also, Joaquin backwards spells fish and clearly these fish are not in a stable mental state or they are “Backwards.”
