    I disagree. The last panel argues that he resembles Bush in the slightest.

    Reece, the last panel is a parody of George Bush, wherein our current president must lie and thus become the last president.

    Good God! Can no one take a joke about politics anymore? I thought it was quite funny. By the way, Bush never lied about the war being over.
