54. Sunday Ad Infinitum ~ 16

It appears that Nile’s powers of annoyance are so great he can even irritate himself. Although of course this isn’t the first time Nile has met himself – I think it would be fair to say these previous encounters did not end well. I wonder how it’s going to turn out this time? (Hint: not well).

Transcript

Week 39: Sunday

Nile: Okay, who said that?

Nile 2: I guess that would be me.

Nile: Well, well, well. And just who are you supposed to be?

Nile 2: I think that’s rather obvious, isn’t it? I’m you.

Nile: You are? Am I still me too?

Week 39: Sunday

Nile: So… what? Are you Future me? Past me? Evil(er) me? Good me? Suppressed childhood memories me?

Nile 2: We didn’t have a childhood.

Nile: Ah-ha! Maybe that’s just what they want us to think!

Nile 2: They who?

Nile: Whoever suppressed the memories of childhood that lead to your unholy creation!

Week 39: Sunday

Nile 2: I… no! Listen, I’m not the creation of suppressed childhood anythings!

Nile: Oh. Well, that’s good. Can’t stand children, you know. Always been quite proud that I wasn’t one.

Nile: Um… Where was I?

Nile 2: Wandering down an irritating tangent. As usual.
