Merry Christmas Everybody! I actually shifted this strip slightly earlier into the series than where it originally appeared back in 2005, since I figured it makes more sense to line it up with Christmas than have it appear randomly sometime in February.

My notes reveal that I came up with the core of this strip – namely that last line – in the pub, long before I started Brain Fist. Snippets like that can hang around for years in notebooks or word files until I figure out exactly where they belong.
