Frain: A walk!? You’ve been gone the whole weekend!
Lermin: I know, sorry. It turned out to be a longer walk than I expected.
Lermin: I got embroiled in a whole revenge-from-beyond-the-grave thing that needed thwarting.
Frain: Oh, I see. And it needed thwarting right now, did it?
Lermin: Well… um…
Frain: You said we couldn’t do anything this weekend because you had essays to mark.
Lermin: I do have essays to mark!
Lermin: There’s still a whole pile of First Year work waiting for me upstairs.
Frain: Pile? I thought you only had five First Years.
Lermin: Five is still a pile!
Lermin: Especially when it’s First Years.
