Sol: Eventually everyone agreed that something had to be done.

Sol: And in no time at all, what started as a limited peacekeeping action tumbled over into a full-blown war.
Tachelock: The Pushback.

Sol: Everybody back then saw it as this terrible, avoidable tragedy. But not me. I was thrilled.

Sol: I signed up as soon as I could. Got myself assigned to a fast attack craft, right in the thick of it.
Sol: And then for the rest of the war, that was what I was.
