Ooh look, another new cast member! Everyone please extend a very warm welcome to The Drowning King. Maybe not quite fireball-to-the-face levels of warmth like Leerah but, you know, nice and friendly.

Wait, I recognise that pointy hat – didn’t he used to be the star of the series or something? Anyway, I guess he just hangs around and “observes” now, instead of having adventures. Good job we’ve got Leerah and Kayd to do the actual adventuring bit, right?

Wow, so there’s plenty of frost/freezing puns to pick from here. Almost too many in fact. Look, why don’t you all just pick your own favourite cold-related joke and pretend I made it here. Does that sound like a plan? Okay. Cool.

Looks like I was right, everyone’s definitely getting on much better now. I mean, asking to speak to someone’s manager is the kind of thing good pals do all the time, right? Yup, next week things will be onwards and upwards for sure!

Flying boat! I’ve always been a fan of a good flying boat in a fantasy setting. Okay, now some people might tell you that’s not a flying boat, it’s a blimp or a zeppelin or whatever. But those are just words! Words for what is, quite clearly, a flying boat. So there.

Meanwhile, back at Wyrmrise University, a sudden shudder passes through Facilitator Burrstruck. Somehow, somewhere, Lemrin Spur is doing something he shouldn’t. Burrstruck sighs, adds another tally mark to a small ledger he keeps about his person, and then returns to business.
